Crock Pot Spaghetti

This is one you can toss together in the morning/afternoon and enjoy with a loaf of garlic bread 6-8 hours later. We all love it.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

1 lb ground meat of choice
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 large garlic clove (minced)
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces spaghetti (we use gluten free noodles), broken into 4 inch pieces (can add more if you like lots of noodles)

Method
Brown meat in skillet and place in crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Turn to high for the last hour and add spaghetti at that time.
