We recently visited Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream and it was delicious! They have dozens of handmade ice cream flavors, gelatos and even some frozen custard for you to sample. You can indulge in all sorts of Ice cream parlor classics – sundaes, shakes, root beer floats, and also have a full café menu with espresso, gourmet sandwiches, soups and salads.
Snoqualmie Gourmet products are served in the finest restaurants and country clubs in Seattle, Puget Sound area ice cream parlors, and select independent grocers like Metropolitan Markets, Top Foods and Haggen. Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream and sorbets are also dished up aboard numerous cruise lines throughout the summer.
The Ice Cream Parlor and plant are designed to be very environmentally friendly. The production plant utilizes energy-efficient lighting, refrigeration and a heat recovery system.
The driveway is formed of layers of porous concrete and crushed stone completely eliminating water runoff. Landscaping helps block noise pollution and provides multiple gardens and a walking trail for visitors to enjoy.
The garden also supplies ingredients for ice cream flavors: lavender, rosemary, sage, rhubarb, blueberry bushes, sour cherry trees, fig trees as well as annual herbs grow on the property.

Snoqualmie Gourmet was the first business to receive the official approval from the Snohomish County Sustainable Development Task Force for it’s environmentally-friendly operation.
Lil Serissa even got to try some of Daddy’s Handmade Shake.
