Mexican Tamale Casserole

2 sliced green onions
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar & pepper jack, or your favorite)
1 cup cooked pinto beans
1 cup yellow corn
10 sliced tamales
1/3 cup mexican salsa at your desired hotness level
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 9″ x 11″ baking dish combine all ingredients, grate a small amount of cheese for topping and cook for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 3 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or tortilla chips.
